actually work? While creams and gel type products can smooth

cellulite. They can certainly enhance results of your workout,

exercise plan certainly wouldn't hurt. Some people go for
weight loss body wraps that use these products, which are
offered at many day spas.
Another way to help speed the elimination of cellulite is
by using a sauna. A sauna uses penetrating heat to raise the
metabolism, boost the circulation and help get rid of extra
fat. Be sure to ask your doctor whether or not you should use
a sauna. Some people, like those with low or high blood
pressure, or women who are pregnant, are advised not to use a
sauna. If you're given the go-ahead, one or two sessions per
week can boost your cellulite fighting efforts.
