Weight Loss Guidelines
A 1200 calorie a day diet is the lowest diet plan any woman
should use. Any smaller amount will starve your body of
nutrients it needs to keep you healthy. If you are exercising
3 or more times a week you should talk with your doctor or a
nutritionist to determine if 1200 calories is enough for you.
1. Water is essential to weight loss and overall health. Be
sure to drink 7-8 eight ounce glasses of water per day.
2. Take some time and plan ahead. Prepare snacks and parts
of the meals ahead of time so you aren’t tempted to snack on
high calorie items when you are hungry.
