lost 110 pounds with a Blood Type Diet

I had serious weight problems until 2005, when I realized this
was giving me more trouble I was able to handle. I was about
to loose my job so I needed a solution. I researched and
looked for the most efficient and secure ways to lose weight,
so I contacted a specialist in weight loss and obesity.
When he examinated me, he and asked me my blood type. After
making me lots of medical tests, he made me a food plan,
according to my blood type.
This diet works simply because you follow a logical, simple
and scientifically proved plan based on your cellular profile,
(one of the things that liked me most, the doctor demonstrated
me this by showing me serious scientific researches). This
diet consist in only eating food that fits your blood type. I
won’t get to technical, but food gets classified into 3 groups
according to your blood; highly beneficial, allowed and
unallowed. By suppressing the unallowed kind of food your
organism starts to detoxicate. Eating “highly beneficial food”
allows your body to work better, make a better use of the
calories you eat, and hustles body fat burning. I started
following this plan in 2005 and in December 2006 I had already
lost 105 pounds. All of this mainly because of my
perseverance, and I want to remark this, diets and specially
this one depends on how mentally disposed are you.
As expected, the beginning was pretty difficult. Here in my
hometown we love to eat bread at every meal, and you can
imagine in which category bread was ---. You get used to it
latter, but the thing is that you can’t stop in the middle. I
obviously had moments where all I wanted to do is to eat
everything in front of me, but that is when where you must
reconsider why are you doing this, in my case simply because I
love me and my family. My weight was becoming a problem and an
everyday fight with my wife, and after noticing the big
changes this diet was making form the first day, all I wanted
to do is to go on. So I maintained religiously my new eating
habits. Fortunately I’m very organized and careful with the
things I do, so I even measured myself during the diet period.
And when you look at graphics and see it is really working,
you feel very proud of yourself.
Nowadays I have 62 years, I’m 1.70 meter high and I’m
weighting 65 kilograms. My life has also improved in every
way. I have a better and stronger relation with my family, I
don’t suffer any health problem and I feel stronger and
healthier than ever.
